| Requisitos: | - Deep knowledge of systems, in particular, WTG systems: pitch and yaw. - Deep Knowledge of hydraulic systems: hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic unit, rotating joint, accumulators, pumps, hydraulic components, routing…. - Deep Knowledge of electrical gear systems: yaw gear, yaw slewing ring, gear calculation acc to ISO6336, advanced control using frequency converters. - Knowledge of general mechanical components: bearings, sliding systems, shafts, brakes, bolted connections, pin connections… - Expert in system calculation methodologies. In particular extreme strength calculations, fatigue, fracture mechanics, wear, vibrations, modelling of dynamic system response, lubrication. - Expert in dimensioning systems. - Management of suppliers. Specification adaptation, supply management, homologation. - Deep knowledge of regulations and normative related to structural calculation and WTG certification. Requisitos deseados: Preferred Experience: - Knowledge of Spanish language will be considered very positively - Usage of CAD tools, in particular, CATIA - Usage of system modelling tools, in particular, MATLAB-Simulink - Usage of gearing calculation tools: KISSOFT or similar softwarefor gear design and rating - Usage of PLM software: Windchill, SAP |

| Funciones a desarrollar: | ARGHOS is an engineering company present in industrial sectors such as Aerospace, Energy, Transportation and Defense. We seek for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to work in Glasgow: Required Skills: - Specification of requirements, design and calculation of complex systems: actuation systems (hydraulic and electromechanical). - Generation of design documentation: diagrams, sketches, layouts, manufacturing drawings, quality specs, requirement documents, validation criteria… - Deep knowledge of systems, in particular, WTG systems: pitch and yaw. - Deep Knowledge of hydraulic systems: hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic unit, rotating joint, accumulators, pumps, hydraulic components, routing…. - Deep Knowledge of electrical gear systems: yaw gear, yaw slewing ring, gear calculation acc to ISO6336, advanced control using frequency converters. - Knowledge of general mechanical components: bearings, sliding systems, shafts, brakes, bolted connections, pin connections… - Expert in system calculation methodologies.
